De vetenskapliga tidskrifterna omsätter miljarder varje år och har blivit finansvärldens säkraste pengamaskiner – och en omfattande kostnadspost för biblioteken. ”Marknaden är ett oligopol där de stora aktörerna kan diktera villkoren.”
AI har funnits längre än många av oss har levt, ändå är det först nu som teknologin väcker upphetsad debatt. I stället för att bli skrämda borde vi se de grå vardagsnyttorna, skriver Lars Ilshammar.
